		<description>Great post Robin.  As an INTP with an engineering degree, I consider myself a skilled problem solver. Lately, I&#039;ve been looking at a related issue - understanding the cause vs. the effect. I see many places where people look at a set of data and proclaim a certain conclusion, but fail to critically look at the cause vs. the effect.  While it is important and desired to know how to solve problems, it is even more valuable to understand if you are looking at the cause of a problem, or simply quantifying the effect.</description>
